On Saturday, I was still recovering from my surgery. I wasn’t able to go outside at all on that day … and besides, it was too cold for me to go outdoors anyway. Let me tell you how I was able to recover from my surgery this past Saturday. I slept in my grandparents’ room for two hours and I was doing my best to stop my mouth from bleeding so much. My stuffed lamb kept me company during most of that time. I wasn’t able to take in solid foods at all during that time … and I was only able to take in liquids during that time. I drank water and Ensure. I was able to eat yogurt on a few occasions on that day. I was able to sit in our dining room for a while on Saturday morning … and then I sat on one of our living room’s recliners for about an hour on Saturday morning as well. Then I went back into the dining room … and I sat in there for a while. Then, I spent a good part of the afternoon resting in my grandparents’ room … and I was slowly beginning to feel better at that time. At that time, I was on “the road to recovery.”
Tomorrow, I will tell you how I was able to recover from my surgery on Sunday. Then, I will tell you how I was able to start getting myself back to normal again just days after I got my wisdom teeth removed.
