Joseph’s Road To His 30th Birthday: Joseph’s Sixth Year On Earth

Back in the Spring of 1992, I appeared in “The Pittsburgh Press” not once, but twice.  I was in two different pictures in that newspaper back then.  In one picture, I hugged one of my teachers, who worked at Jefferson Elementary School in Mt. Lebanon at that time.  She didn’t work there full-time, though.  She actually worked at Duquesne University … and she’s actually still there today.  In another picture, I participated in a class with other classmates … and some of them were autistic as well, just like myself.  That class was actually a fun one, in my opinion.
