Is this green top classy or what?

For the past month now, I have owned a classy green top from South Fayette’s Lacrosse Team.  I really like this team a lot … and, while I probably have no plans on attending one of their games in the near future, I will do my best to support this team while I wear this top.

I first got the top in the mail on January 25, 2018, three months after my mother ordered one for me.  After I returned from my “vacation” on February 4th, I talked about the top in a blog post.  Well, I will do it in this blog post as well.  Is it classy or what?  I’m gonna show you a photo of that top … and I’ll let you guys be the judges here.

This is Joseph’s green pullover top, which is from the South Fayette Lions Lacrosse team. Is this top classy or what?

Well, I think it’s very classy.  I’ve worn it with just about everything over the past month.  I’ve worn it with dress pants, jeans and even shorts since I got it last month.  I will continue to wear it many times in the future.  Hopefully, you guys can buy one somewhere sometime soon.  It might make you guys look classy also.

I’d like to wrap up this blog post by allowing you guys to see me wearing this top with my brown dress pants, which are from Dockers.

Joseph Is Putting His Emoji Pillow To Use!

IMG_20180226_121026690
On February 24, 2017, Joseph got his emoji pillow at the Mardi Gras dance … and he has been using it several times over the past year.

For just over a year now, I’ve owned a fantastic emoji pillow.  The pillow has two hearts on it … and the hearts are obviously supposed to be the eyes.  As you can see here, this emoji is full of love … and, yes, I really love this pillow a lot.  I have been able to put it to use many times over the past year … and I will continue to do that in the future.

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

You just never know where the emoji pillow might turn up.  It might be on my bed … or it might be on one of our chairs … or it might be in front of my face.  I really like this pillow.  How do you think I should use it in the future?  Well, I’ll probably do anything with it, but, of course, I won’t sleep with it.

Again, in just about six months, my blog will enter its fifth year.

Joseph is still “super” one year later!

One year ago today, one of my relatives bought me a grey Superman shirt … and I’ve been able to wear it with class many times since I got it.  The shirt is very classy.  I really like this shirt.

I am able to wear my grey Superman T-shirt with class.

I really like this grey Superman shirt a lot. I don’t like Superman a lot, but I like Superman in some ways. I also like this shirt a lot. A relative got it for me on February 24, 2017.

You can also find this shirt on eBay.  If you like it, please consider buying one on eBay.  It may make you look super and classy as well.

Next time, I will write my 825th blog post on my blog.

Yesterday was a record-filled day on National Hill!

You might not know this, but I sometimes love to talk about records.  No, not the things that feature some of our favorite songs, but the records that are sometimes set by various people or things.  Last year at around this time, my blog set two new records in a single week … and, yesterday, it was literally a record-filled day in my neighborhood.  Here on National Hill, we set two new weather records in one day … and both of those records were over 100 years old.

We set the first record of the day late yesterday morning.  The old record high was 68, which was from 1891, and we easily got up into the 70s before the morning was over.

After we set the first record, I walked to our mailbox … and, after I came back from the mailbox, I snapped a photo of some clouds, which were in the skies above Cuddy.  There were grey clouds in the sky … and there were some wavy clouds in the sky as well.

On February 20, 2018, while I was outdoors, I snapped a photo of some clouds, which were located in the skies above Cuddy.

A few hours after we set the first record yesterday, we set another one.  At around 4:00 yesterday afternoon, the temperature was 78 … and it would become the warmest February day in our city’s history.  It also prompted me to take my first evening walk around National Hill this year.  It went very well … and I saw some familiar faces outdoors.

On February 20, 2018, I took my first evening walk of the year. It was very warm while I was taking my walk then. Of course, I will take many more of my evening walks later this year.

Spring doesn’t officially start for another month or so, but it certainly felt like it yesterday.  Enjoy your day, my friends!

I still have the same mattress one year later!

Can you believe it?  It has been one year since I said good-bye to my foam mattress.  That mattress was from Thera-Pedic … and I had slept on it almost every night for several years.  In its final months, it had a lot of stains on it … and it was starting to show its age.  It helped me sleep very well.  If I’m not mistaken, I think I bought the mattress at Boscov’s, which was located at South Hills Village, in the late 2000s.  I had owned the mattress for a few years.

On February 20, 2017, I said good-bye to my Thera-Pedic mattress for the final time. I had been sleeping on it nearly every night for several years. I will miss this mattress a lot.

As you can probably see here, this foam mattress had a lot of stains on it … and I had to say good-bye to it one year ago today.

There would be a huge open space in my bedroom that day.

img_20170220_122433
For several years, my Thera-Pedic mattress was in this spot in my bedroom. My new mattress is now in this same spot!

It wouldn’t stay this way for long.  Later that day, my new mattress, which is from the Original Mattress Factory, filled that open space … and, since then, it has allowed me to get a good night’s sleep almost every night.

Here’s my new mattress. It’s a spring mattress … and I really like it a lot.

One year later, I still like this mattress a lot, even thought it’s a spring mattress.  It’s a very comfortable mattress.  I hope you guys still like it as much as I do.

Joseph went to The Lions Den Cafe!

I have lived in or around Cuddy my entire life.  I have also ridden past a place that’s been located at the corner of Millers Run Road and Battle Ridge Road in Cuddy many times for a long time.  It has been called many things over the years, including a gas station, and, recently, it’s actually a little cafe.  I actually went to this place earlier today.  The place has been there for more than a year or so.  The name of the place is the Lions Den Cafe.  The place is fantastic.  I got myself a Chicken Parmesan Panini while I was there.  I ate half of it after I came home from that restaurant … and I plan on eating the other half of it tomorrow.  Now, I won’t show you my Chicken Parmesan Panini in this blog post, but I may do that in my next blog post; however, I will show you the two selfies that I took while I was at that place today.

If you guys ever go through Cuddy, you should try to visit The Lions Den Cafe yourselves.  The place is fantastic … and the food is also fantastic!

Joseph has a new golf shirt!

I have several golf shirts at home … and, on Friday afternoon, after I finished working at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx, I was able to buy a blue striped golf shirt from Grand Slam.  The shirt is 13 dollars.  I really like the shirt a lot … and I am actually wearing the shirt today.  I already told my friends and my other relatives about the shirt.  Hopefully, they can buy one in the near future as well.

This golf shirt is a very classy shirt … and I plan on wearing it a lot this Spring.  I hope you guys like it as much as I do.

Joseph bumps into “Mr. Pete!”

A few weeks ago, while I was at the Bob Evans restaurant in Bridgeville, I bumped into a teacher that I had not seen in over 10 years.  Well, yesterday, while I was at Colussy Chevrolet in Bridgeville, I bumped into a teacher that I had not seen since at least the late ’90s.  He was actually one of my teachers at South Fayette Middle School.  In fact, some of my relatives had him while they were in school as well.  Two of those people are regular followers of my blog.  That teacher’s name is John Petersavage, who is also known as “Mr. Pete” to his students and some of his fellow teachers and workers.

On February 16, 2018, while I was at Colussy Chevrolet in Bridgeville, I bumped into John Petersavage, who used to be one of my teachers at South Fayette Middle School. His students and his fellow teachers and workers called him “Mr. Pete.” Some of my relatives had him as a teacher whenever they went to South Fayette High School. Two of those relatives follow me on my blog regularly.

It’s always exciting whenever I get to bump into people at various places in and around the Pittsburgh area.  You never know who I might be bumping into next.  It might be someone that I hadn’t seen since … the 1980s.
