Joseph’s New Nautica V-Neck Sweater

Today, as we wrap up the month of May, I would like to tell you about another item that I got for my 33rd birthday.  That would be my black V-neck sweater, which is from Nautica.

IMG_20190513_121023326
This is my black V-neck Nautica sweater. I got it for my 33rd birthday. I really like this sweater a lot.

I was able to put my sweater to use earlier this month.  I was able to wear it with shorts one day.  It was a little bit chilly whenever I wore my sweater one morning, so I was able to wear it with my shorts that day.  Of course, I took off the sweater whenever it got a little bit warmer outdoors.

There are two tags on the sweater.  The bigger tag has the word “Nautica” on it … and the smaller tag has the word “Navtech” on it.  I have no idea what “Navtech” means, but I’m guessing that that is a word that they use to describe some of their products.

Now, as you know, you can wear this sweater with shorts, but you may also wear it with either jeans or dress pants.  I urge you not to wear it with sweat pants or gym shorts.  Yes, I plan on wearing it with jeans and dress pants later this year.  I won’t be doing that too much for a while since the weather is starting to warm up, but we may have a cool morning sometime soon.

I hope you guys like this sweater as much as I do.  Just remember, if you do wear a sweater like this one, please make sure you wear a T-shirt underneath of it.  You may wear either a polo shirt or a button-down shirt under it as well.

Joseph’s Top Blog Posts For June 2019

June is almost here … and Summer will be here in less than one month.  Now, throughout the Summer, I will be celebrating my blog’s fifth anniversary by giving you some great surprises … and, while I do that, my blog’s features will be taking a well-deserved break until the Fall.  I guess you could say my features will literally be taking a Summer vacation.

Today, I will tell you about some of the blog posts that I’ll be writing down in June.  At least one of the posts may catch your eye.

One of my blog posts will be entitled “I still have my Colussy Chevrolet shirt one year later!”  Nearly one year ago, I got a blue and white Raglan shirt from Colussy Chevrolet, which was celebrating its 100th anniversary last year.  I still like the shirt and I will try to wear it at some point this Summer.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “I have my Yeti Coolers hat one year later!”  I purchased my blue Yeti Coolers hat at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx nearly one year ago.  I like it and I will try to wear it often this Summer.  The hat is very classy and I hope you guys like it also.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “Joseph Remembers His Battle With Lyme Disease Three Years Later.”  In it, I will talk about me getting Lyme Disease from a tick bite three years ago.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “I’m Getting Ready To Celebrate My Blog’s Fifth Anniversary.”  I will be getting ready to celebrate my blog’s fifth anniversary on August 24th … and, in this post, I will be telling you how I’ll be celebrating the milestone.  The celebration will start on July 24th … and it will last for one month.  I will have lots of surprises for you guys between July 24th and August 24th.

I will write a two-part blog post in June … and it will be entitled “Joseph Visit Crazy Horse Coffee.”  In it, I will talk about my trips to Crazy Horse Coffee, which is located in Washington, PA.  The coffee shop is owned by a former veteran named James Bendel.  This coffee shop is fantastic.  I had a small decaffeinated latte while I was there.  Make sure you check this place out if you ride through Washington, PA, someday.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “6,000 Views And Counting.”  My blog will hit the 6,000-views mark at some point in June … and I will let you know as soon as we hit that milestone.

I will give my features a break in June … and, throughout the month of June, I will give you chances to revisit some blog posts from my blog’s fourth year.  Some of them may surprise you.

Also, I will give my computer a break for one week in June.  I will be doing that from around 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7th, until around 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 16th.  You will see two of these blog posts at different times between those two dates … and I may throw in a surprise in there at some point that week.

I hope you will check out at least one of my blog posts in June.  I’m sure at least one of them may catch your eye.

In honor of my blog’s fifth year, I’d like to show you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around May 30th in previous years …

Revisiting Joseph’s 700th Blog Post

During the second half of my blog’s fifth year, I will give you some chances to revisit some of my past blog posts. Today, I am going to let you revisit my 700th blog post, which is the last blog post from my blog’s third year.

In August of 2017, I went to Maestro’s Barber Shop and I was able to wear my Maestro’s Barber Shop T-shirt to that place. Me and most of the other barbers were able to wear the shirts in a photo that I took just before I left the barber shop back on August 2, 2017. I wrote a blog post about it nearly two weeks later and it ended up becoming my 700th blog post. As I stated in a previous blog post not too long ago, I’m currently not going to Maestro’s Barber Shop as a customer, but there is a possibility that I may return there as a customer again in the near future. These barbers are some of the best ones in the Pittsburgh area.

I would like to thank Tony Talotta and the other barbers at Maestro’s Barber Shop, which is located in Bridgeville, for allowing me to have a Maestro’s Barber Shop T-shirt. I would like to apologize for not being able to visit that barber shop for a while. I wanted to try something different. I will do my best to return to that barber shop at some point this year.

This is not my 700th blog post.  This is my 1,131st blog post.  I’m just letting you revisit my 700th blog post.

In honor of my blog’s fifth year, I’d like to show you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around May 29th in previous years …

Joseph Pratt's Interests And Some Other Things

My blog reached another milestone today.  I’m gonna write down my 700th blog post today.

My 700th blog post is gonna be about some of the coolest and classiest people that I have ever known.  These people all work at a place called Maestro’s Barber Shop in Bridgeville.  I actually went to school with one of those barbers … and I also knew some of these barbers whenever they were working at the Great Southern Barber Shop in Collier Township.  I was able to appear in a photo with four of those barbers recently … and most of us were able to wear our Maestro’s Barbershop shirts at the barber shop a few days ago.

0802171201 On August 2, 2017, I appeared in a photo with four of the barbers who work at Maestro’s Barber Shop in Bridgeville. Most of us wore our Maestro’s Barber Shop shirts to that place back…

Joseph wants to show you his new bathroom again!

During the second half of my blog’s fifth year, I will give you a chance to revisit some of my past blog posts. Today, I will let you revisit some of the blog posts that I wrote down in the Summer of 2017 … and they are all about my new bathroom.

In the Summer of 2017, we were remodeling our bathroom for about 2 1/2 weeks … and, during that time, we had to use the restroom downstairs … and, yes, that meant we had to do that in the middle of the night as well. I talked about my new bathroom in some of my blog posts nearly two years ago. I still like our new bathroom nearly two years later … and I hope you guys do as well. It looks fantastic. We were able to put it to use right after The Fourth Of July back in 2017.

I would like to show you some of the other blog posts that I wrote down in the Summer of 2017 … and, in them, I’m talking about our new bathroom …

Without further ado, let me show you our new bathroom.  We have been remodeling it for about 2 1/2 weeks … and, today, I’d like you guys to see it for yourselves.

Joseph’s New “Dragon Ball Z” T-Shirt

Today, I would like to show you another present that I got for my 33rd birthday.  It would be a blue “Dragon Ball Z” T-Shirt.  Now, I already have an orange “Dragon Ball Z” zip-up hoodie, which is from Ripple Junction.  I got it in the mail back in 2015 … and I like it a lot.  The “Dragon Ball Z” T-Shirt, which is from Wal-Mart, is the second “Dragon Ball Z” shirt that I have ever owned.  My neighbor, Michael Spicer, got me the “Dragon Ball Z” shirt for my birthday … and I really like it a lot.  I would like to thank him for getting it for me and for allowing me to have a classy shirt of my own.

As you can see here, I like my new “Dragon Ball Z” T-shirt a lot and I will be wearing it many times in the future.  Thank you, Michael Spicer, for getting me a classy T-shirt for my 33rd birthday.

Next time, I will give you a chance to revisit some more of my blog posts from my blog’s third year.  I wrote the posts in the summer of 2017.

Joseph’s Classy Ensemble

On May 1st, I received some new clothes for my 33rd birthday … and, one week later, I was able to put them to good use.  On May 8th, I was able to wear my new polo shirt, my new T-shirt and my new half-zip shirt for a few hours … and I also wore my new dark wash Chaps jeans, which I purchased earlier this month at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx.  I got the jeans as a late birthday present for myself.

I would like to show you my classy ensemble.  I hope you like it as much as I do.  In these two photos, you’ll see me wearing my “classy ensemble” from head to toe.  You’ll see me wearing my grey half-zip Nike pullover in the photos.

In the next two photos, you’ll see me wearing my grey Chaps polo shirt.

In the next two photos, you’ll see me wearing my purple crew neck T-shirt, which is from Arizona, and my dark wash Chaps jeans.

I hope you guys like this “classy ensemble” as much as I do.  I will try to wear these items many times in the future.

50,000 Miles In Ten Years

For ten years now, we have owned a red 2009 Chevrolet Equinox here at our house … and we bought it at a Pittsburgh-area Chevrolet dealership whenever it first came out at the dealership in 2009.  A few weeks ago, the car reached a milestone.  It hit the 50,000-mile mark on the odometer … and the car can celebrate its tenth year in a big way.

IMG_20190415_112854999
In the Spring of 2019, our red 2009 Chevrolet Equinox hit the 50,000-mile mark … and, whenever I snapped this photo on April 15, 2019, the car had 50,091 miles on it. Obviously, it has gained a lot of miles on the odometer since I snapped the photo.

My New Maestro’s Barber Shop T-Shirt

During the second half of my blog’s fifth year, I will give you a chance to revisit some of my past blog posts. Today, I will give you a chance to revisit a post from my blog’s third year … and it’s from May 2017. The post is entitled “My New Maestro’s Barber Shop T-Shirt.”

Now, two days before I wrote this blog post, I got my black Maestro’s Barber Shop T-shirt after I had gotten my haircut that morning. The T-shirt is fantastic … and I have worn it several times since I got it just over two years ago. On the front of the shirt, you can see the logo for Maestro’s Barber Shop … and you can see a bigger logo on the back of the shirt. The barber shop’s phone number is on the back of the shirt … and I covered up the number so that I could show you the back of the shirt safely. I had gone to Maestro’s Barber Shop for more than three years as a customer, but I haven’t gone there since October of 2018, but I do go past it every chance I get. I’m currently going to Fella’s Barbershop in McDonald, but I may consider going back to Maestro’s Barber Shop in the future. The barbers there are fantastic … and I actually went to South Fayette High School with Tony Talotta, who owns the barber shop. Even though I’m not going to Maestro’s Barber Shop as a customer at this time, I will continue to support it for a long time and I will continue to wear the shirt whenever I possibly can.

In honor of my blog’s fifth year, I’d like to show you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around May 22nd in previous years …

Blog Post Number 1,125

Today, I am writing my 1,125th blog post down … and it will be about my Henley shirt, which is from Railyard Grill and Tap Room.  This is probably one of the classiest shirts that I have ever owned.  I got the shirt last month while I was at the restaurant.  The Henley shirt is both light grey and dark grey … and the sleeves are 3/4 inches long.  There are three buttons on the Henley shirt … and “Railyard Tap Room” appears on the front part of the Henley shirt.  The shirt can be worn with jeans, shorts or dress pants.  You can either wear the Henley shirt by itself or you can wear it over a T-shirt.

This is Joseph’s Henley shirt, which is from Railyard Grill and Tap Room in Bridgeville. The shirt is both light grey and dark grey, the sleeves are 3/4 inches long and there are three buttons on the shirt. The restaurant’s name is on the front part of the shirt.

I bought the shirt for 25 dollars while I was at the restaurant last month.

The Henley shirt is 25 dollars at Railyard Grill and Tap Room. It’s a classy shirt.

Just moments after I bought the shirt back on April 7, 2019, I tired it on … and it would fit me perfectly.  I snapped a selfie just minutes after I bought the shirt … and I snapped two photos of myself wearing the shirt four days later.

When I celebrated my 33rd birthday on May 1st, I wore my Henley shirt since I would be going to the Railyard Grill and Tap Room for lunch on that day.  I wore my shirt both at home and at the restaurant on that day.  Now, while I was at the restaurant, I bumped into Nicholas Ciesielski, who wore his Henley shirt to the restaurant then.  He was scheduled to come in later in the afternoon, but he was nice enough to stop in early to wish me a happy birthday and to appear in a selfie with me.

On May 21, 2019, I went to the Railyard Grill and Tap Room for lunch … and, this time, I bumped into Cody Ciesielski while I was there.  Cody worked with me several years ago at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx and he’s a terrific friend of mine.  Cody and I both had our Henley shirts on while we were at the restaurant.
