Brady has been with us for six months now!

On March 30, 2019, Brady came to our house for the first time.  He’s originally from Ohio.  Our English Bulldog has now been with us for six months … and, while he is still a “work in progress,” he’s still a fantastic dog, nonetheless.  You just have to watch what you do around him.  Make sure you don’t drop anything in his presence.  You have to be really quick if you accidentally drop something around him.  Otherwise, he will grab the item you dropped almost immediately.  It pays to have quick reflexes in this case.

We have now owned our English Bulldog, Brady, for six months now. He’s a fantastic dog, but he’s still a “work in progress.”

I would just like to say that Brady has been able to become a crucial part of our family for the past six months now.  He’s still a work in progress, but we still like him, nonetheless.

Joseph’s Top Blog Posts For October 2019

Three quarters of the year 2019 have almost been completed … and the weather is about to get cooler.  Now, today, I’m going to tell you about the blog posts that I’ll be writing down in October … and, yes, my features will be coming back for the first time in several months.

One of my blog posts will be entitled “Joseph’s Possible Halloween Costumes For 2019.”  I will show you three possible costumes that I might be wearing on Halloween night this year.  I will tell you which costume I’ll be wearing in 2019 in a blog post entitled “Joseph’s Halloween Costume For 2019.”

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “Happy 5th Birthday, Scarlett!”  I will wish my cousin, Scarlett, a happy 5th birthday in a blog post.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “Joseph’s wisdom teeth have been gone for four years now!”  I will celebrate the event by talking about it in the blog post.

My 1,225th blog post will be about either a person, a place or a thing.  It could be about either anyone or anything.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “I still have my new glasses one year later!”  I will talk about my glasses, which I got at Three Guys Optical last year, in the blog post.  Sadly, Three Guys Optical is no longer in Collier Township.  I will probably get new glasses somewhere else in the future, if I ever have to get them.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “I have owned my Zombie Hunter shirt for one year!”  I will talk about my Zombie Hunter shirt, which I purchases at Heidelberg Wal-Mart nearly one year ago, in the blog post.

My blog’s features are also back for the first time in several months.  Let me tell you how I’ll be using them this time.

Joseph Likes “The Brady Bunch!”

50 years ago today, “The Brady Bunch” premiered on television for the first time.  In honor of this special milestone, I’d like to tell you about my experiences of being a fan of this classic TV show.  I would watch the show on Nick at Nite several nights a week whenever I was a teenager … and, then, I would watch it on various other cable TV channels for a few more years after that, including Hallmark Channel, TV Land and Me TV.  This show is one of the best shows of all time … and the show’s characters are all fantastic.

Currently, you can watch “The Brady Bunch” on Sundays from noon until 2 p.m. on Me TV.  You may see an episode that you really like at some point in that time frame.  Now, I don’t really have a favorite character on the show, but I do have a favorite episode of the show … and that would be “Greg Gets Grounded” from the show’s fourth season.  There’s one part of the show that I could relate to in a way.  About halfway through the show, Greg wants his parents to use “exact words” with him so that he would know exactly what they were saying … and, in my case, I would tell my relatives and my friends to use “exact words” with me since I’m autistic.  That’s because autistic people like myself want people to speak with them as clearly as possible, so I can relate to that part of “Greg Gets Grounded” in a big way.

So, today, I would like to wish “The Brady Bunch” a happy 50th anniversary!  Is there an episode of the show that you like … and do you have a favorite character on the show?  Leave a comment if you have a favorite “Brady Bunch” character and/or a favorite “Brady Bunch” episode.

Joseph Goes To Wahlburgers At The Mall At Robinson!

Now, for 5 1/2 years, there was a show on A&E called “Wahlburgers.”  It was about the Wahlberg family … and it would sometimes talk about a restaurant called Wahlburgers, which is located near their home in Hingham, Massachusetts.  Now, Wahlburgers has several locations around the world … and one of those locations is in The Mall at Robinson, which is actually in the food court.  It’s not actually in the food court, per se, as it has their own seating area.  It’s primarily a sit-down restaurant.

I actually got to go to a Wahlburgers restaurant for the first time ever on September 23, 2019.  I had watched “Wahlburgers” on a nearly-regular basis for 5 1/2 years on A&E.  I watched it mainly on demand whenever the show was on A&E.  I would actually get to see some Wahlburgers restaurants on the show … and I would sometimes see the food that they have on there.  I also got to see them building a Wahlburgers restaurant several times on the show.

Now, I was able to enjoy myself while I was there.  The waitress who served me and my relatives that day did a fantastic job in serving us.  She also give us a little speech to first-time customers, like myself.  It went very well.  I was there at around lunch time this past Monday.  It wasn’t too busy whenever I first arrived there, but more people came in while we were there.

Now, inside of the restaurant, you can see pictures of the Wahlberg family … and you can also see the TV shows and movies that Donnie and Mark Wahlberg have done over the years.

I was able to enjoy myself while I was at Wahlburgers in The Mall at Robinson on September 23, 2019.

Now, while I was at the restaurant, I had water, a vanilla frappe, which is really a milkshake, Jenn’s Chicken Sandwich, which is a grilled chicken sandwich, and some french fries.  I also got to try out some special sauces that they had … and some of them were pretty good.  One of those sauces was the Wahl Sauce.  It was fairly good.

As I was leaving Wahlburgers in The Mall at Robinson on September 23, 2019, I was able to snap a selfie outside of Wahlburgers.  I like the restaurant a lot.  The food and the service were both excellent.  I will be going there again in the future.

As I was leaving Wahlburgers at The Mall at Robinson on September 23, 2019, I snapped this selfie near the restaurant’s entrance.

As you can see here, I really enjoyed going to Wahlburgers.  I will be going there again in the future.  The restaurant is fantastic!

Say hello to a principal named Kevin Maurer!

Now, last August, I bumped into both Karen and Kevin Maurer while I was at South Fayette Community Day.  Both of them were teachers in the South Fayette School District … and I would have them for classes at various times while I was a student in the school district.  Now, as it turns out, the Maurers have two children and at least one grandchild.  One of their children is a son named Kevin … and I had the honor of meeting him at Railyard Grill and Tap Room on September 6, 2019.  He is the assistant principal at South Fayette Middle School.

On September 6, 2019, I met Kevin Maurer, who is the assistant principal at South Fayette Middle School, at Railyard Grill and Tap Room in Bridgeville. Now Kevin is the son of Karen and Kevin Maurer, both of whom were teachers in the South Fayette School District.

Do these gloves keep my hands soft overnight?

Now, if you have cracked, dry hands, you would try anything to make them feel soft and moist again.  That happens to me a lot.  I have a lot of hand creams at home … and some of them are from Burt’s Bees.  They work fairly well, but there’s another product that I use in order to keep my hands soft and moist … and I use it while I’m sleeping at night.  The item is actually a pair of gloves, which is from Burt’s Bees.

Now, before you put the gloves on, you would put some Burt’s Bees cream on your hands … and then you would put the gloves on over the hands.  You would wear them all night long while you sleep … and, hopefully, your hands would look fantastic by the following morning.  I use these gloves whenever they hands look rough, cracked and dry … and I kind of like these gloves a lot.  I would wear them whenever I sleep … and the gloves are working fairly well, to say the least.

On July 22, 2019, I purchased Burt’s Bees gloves at Wal-Mart. You wear them overnight while you’re sleeping. Of course, you would put Burt’s Bees hand cream on your hands before you put the gloves on. They would soften and moisten your hands if they are rough, cracked and dry.

I hope you guys like these gloves, which are from Burt’s Bees, as much as I do.  I purchased them on July 22, 2019, at Wal-Mart in Raceway Plaza.  If your hands get rough, dry and cracked as the weather starts to get a little bit cooler, make sure you buy these gloves as soon as possible.

Joseph’s New Full-Zip Beautiful Giant Hooded Jacket

On July 19, 2019, I purchased a full-zip hooded jacket from Beautiful Giant … and I purchased it at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx.  Now, just last year, I purchased a grey half-zip hooded jacket from Beautiful Giant … and, more than two months ago, I purchased a green full-zip hooded jacket from Beautiful Giant.  This company is fantastic and they make some of the best jackets in the world … and I am pleased to say that I have two of those jackets … and, yes, I plan on wearing them as often as I can this Fall.

Now, this full-zip Beautiful Giant hooded jacket is mainly green … and there are some camouflaged prints on it.  The jacket is very classy.  I wore it for a while on July 21st, just two days after I purchased it.  I like the jacket so much … and, one week later, I wore the jacket again for a few hours.

Now, you can wear this jacket with either shorts or jeans … and you can either zip it up halfway up or you can leave it unzipped.  Just don’t zip it up all the way if you do wear the jacket, no matter how cold it is.  Yes, you may also put the hood up, if you want to, especially if you are going out into the rain.  Again, as I said before, I really like this jacket … and I plan on wearing it as often as possible this Fall.

Say hello to the barbers of Fella’s Barbershop!

On July 17, 2019, I got a much-needed haircut at Fella’s Barbershop in McDonald.  Now, before I got my haircut that morning, I snapped a “before” photo in the vehicle.

On July 17, 2019, I got a much-needed haircut at Fella’s Barbershop in McDonald. I snapped this photo just minutes before I got my haircut that morning.

Now, Fella’s Barbershop currently has three barbers, but, when I went there just over two months ago, there were just two barbers there.  I would like you to meet two of the three barbers at are at the barbershop.  They are Adam Stoffella and Hunter Dorazio.

Now, the third barber’s name is Austin Paris … and, hopefully, he will be there whenever I get my haircut there again this Fall.  I will let you know if I see him there next time … and, if that happens, I will talk about him in a future blog post.  In the meantime, you can say hello to Adam and Hunter, who are two of the barbers at Fella’s Barbershop.

Our new silver Chevrolet truck

Now, yesterday afternoon, we said good-bye to our red Chevrolet truck after nearly six years.  It was at our house from December 11, 2013, until September 17, 2019.  It was a red 2013 Chevrolet truck.  Now, after we said good-bye to that truck, we were able to replace it with a silver 2019 Chevrolet truck.  We purchased the truck at a Pittsburgh-area Chevrolet dealership.

Now, before I show you our new silver truck, let’s take a moment to say good-bye to our red Chevrolet truck.

OUR RED CHEVROLET TRUCK (December 11, 2013 – September 17, 2019)

Now, I’d like to show you four pictures of our new silver 2019 Chevrolet truck.

I have not been inside of this truck yet, but, hopefully, I’ll be able to go inside of it sometime soon.  Of course, I will also tell you how many miles is on the truck’s odometer whenever I get the chance to do so.  I can hardly wait to go inside of this truck.  I will try to show you the inside of it in a future blog post.
