Joseph is back at work for the first time since mid-March!

This past Friday morning, I returned to work at T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville since the afternoon of March 13th. My first day back at work was very interesting, to say the least. My temperature was taken at the store’s entrance. My temperature was 98.1 degrees, so I was able to work there that day. I wore my plain white mask while I was there … and I did my best to stay at least six feet away from other people while I was there. I was able to do the things that I usually do whenever I work there once a week. My co-workers were glad to see me … and, in a way, I was glad to see them. I didn’t buy any classy items while I was there this past Friday, but I may buy myself a classy item or two while I’m there this Friday.

Now, I got some plain white masks at Big Lots recently … and I will do my best to show you one of those masks in a future blog post. Of course, I will be wearing my plain white masks to T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville many times in the future, whether I go there as a customer or as an employee.

Stay safe, my friends … and enjoy your day!

This is what Joseph did while he was off from work for three months!

Tomorrow morning, at 9:30, I will be at T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville for the first time since the afternoon of March 13th.  For just over three months, I have not been able to leave my house too much, except to walk to my mailbox.  I was able to leave my house while wearing a mask on both Friday, June 12th, and Tuesday, June 16th.

As I prepare to get back to a normal routine again, I would like to show you what I did over the past three months … and I have talked about some of these events in a few of my blog posts.  So, without further ado, let me show you what I did over the past three months while I was off from work.

On March 15, 2020, there was some snow on our property. You could still see the grass on our property, but there was a decent amount of snow on the ground that morning.

On March 15, 2020, there was a lot of snow on our deck. It covered up all of the items that were on our deck that morning.

This is my red and blue Saddlebred polo shirt, which is the subject of my 1,325th blog post. The shirt is very classy … and I got it for Christmas nearly three months ago.

I really like my red and blue Saddlebred polo shirt. The shirt is very classy … and I will continue to wear it often in the future.

I have owned this plaid long-sleeve button-down shirt from Chaps for just over one year now. I bought the shirt at T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville in March of 2019. The shirt has a front pocket with the Chaps logo on it … and the colors that are on the shirt are white, blue, pink and purple.

Brady has now been with us for one year now. I snapped this photo inside of our kitchen.

Brady is celebrating his first year in our house. I snapped this photo on our front porch … and, as you can see here, we are practice “Social Distancing” as I self one of the four selfies that we took today.

I have owned my grey and black Puma jacket for just over two years now. Every time I wear the jacket, it gives me extra class and extra swag.

You can zip up the Puma jacket halfway whenever you wear it. You should never zip it up the whole way. This method may come in handy if you wear it with jeans and a T-shirt.

You can also leave it unzipped if you are wearing a button-down shirt or a nice dress shirt,

On April 5, 2020, I wrote my 1,337th blog post on my blog. I didn’t know that “1,337” is a special number on this bog.

On April 8, 2020, while I was sitting in our blue living room chair for a few minutes that morning, I noticed that Brady was resting behind our chairs in the early morning hours. I was surprised to see him there whenever I was relaxing in the living room at around 4:30 in the morning.

These are my hand creams. I like them a lot … and I use them whenever my hands get dry and cracked. Some of them work better than others, but they all make my hands feel soft and smooth.

I snapped this selfie in our living room on April 12, 2020 … and I also wanted to include my Senior Class photo, which is from 2003, in the selfie. You can see it on the top right hand corner of this selfie.

These are my Easter baskets for 2020. I didn’t have a proper Easter basket this year, so I got my treats in three small red plastic bowls. The bowls have jelly beans, York peppermint patties and egg-shaped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

On April 14, 2020, while Brady and I were in our dining room that morning, we were able to practice Social Distancing for a few short minutes. Brady likes to be close to people, but he needs to practice Social Distancing by staying at least six feet away from us for a while. It may be hard for him to do just that, though.

This is my green and yellow Brasil jacket. It was the subject of my seventh blog post, which I wrote down on September 7, 2014. My friend and cousin, Shane Trylko, also has this jacket … and our jackets are our “friendship jackets.”

On April 20, 2020, I received two interesting gifts. One is a white mask from 3M … and one is a classy blue pullover from an organization called Progressive Turnout Project.

On April 20, 2020, I was able to wear my new white 3M mask for a few short minutes. I won’t be wearing it too much since I’ll be at home quite a bit, but if the time comes for me to wear the mask, I’ll be ready. As you can see in these photos, it’s hard for me to wear this mask with my glasses. Yes, the mask covers the mouth and the nose.

On April 20, 2020, I was able to wear my new blue pullover from the Progressive Turnout Project, which is an organization that encourages people to vote in their locations.
The word “Resist” is in white, the word “Organize” is in blue and the word “Vote” is in red. The logo for Progressive Turnout Project appears underneath of those three words.

My 1,350th blog post is about my grey FILA jacket. It’s a classy jacket … and it goes nicely with blue jeans and button-down shirts. You can also wear it with white jeans, as you can see here in this photo. I bought the jacket at T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville in December of 2019.

This is a close-up shot of my grey FILA jacket. The jacket is the subject of my 1,350th blog post.

On April 21, 2020, while I was staying home during the current Coronavirus Outbreak, I was able to see some clouds in the skies above South Fayette. The clouds were white, dark and grey … and I saw “blue holes” and some “grey holes” in the clouds.

On April 26, 2020, I was listening to 90.5 WESA, which is one of Pittsburgh’s three NPR stations, on my clock radio, which is in my bedroom. I asked you guys if I should do just that back in February … and I actually said I should do so.

On April 26, 2020, I snapped this selfie in front of my tall mirror. The tall mirror is by my bedroom door.

I have owned this classy Dragon Ball Z T-shirt for just over one year now.

May 4th is National Orange Juice Day. Now, on May 4, 2020, I drank a small cup of Tropicana Orange Juice in a small coffee cup. I’m drinking to drink orange juice as often as I can.

This is my new “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” T-shirt. I apologize if the photo is sideways. That’s sort of how it looked on my smartphone’s camera.

On the back of my new “Star Wars” shirt, you can see the dates that the “Star Wars” movies were first shown in theaters. This is a so-called “tour dates” shirt.

I have owned this grey Pittsburgh Penguins T-shirt for four years now. I purchased it on May 9, 2016, at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx.

For the past year now, I have owned a classy ensemble. It consists of my grey Nike half-zip pullover, my grey Chaps polo shirt, my purple crew neck T-shirt from Arizona and my dark wash jeans from Chaps.

I am wearing my grey Chaps polo shirt, my dark wash Chaps jeans and my purple crew neck T-shirt, which is from Arizona, in this photo.

In this photo, I am wearing my purple crew neck T-shirt, which is from Arizona, and my dark wash Chaps jeans.

Joseph received a black “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” T-shirt and a black Calvin Klein bomber coat for his 34th birthday.

On May 12, 2020, I wore my black “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” T-shirt, exactly one week after I got it as a late birthday present.

Here is the back of my “Star Wars” T-shirt.

My new black bomber coat, which is from Calvin Klein, has a lot of zippers and pockets on it. Here is a close-up shot of one of those zippers. This is actually a pocket with a zipper on it … and it’s hidden inside of a regular pocket.

Here is another one of the zippers that can be found on my black Calvin Klein bomber coat. This zippered pocket is hidden inside of this so-called cargo pocket. The cargo pocket is on the jacket’s left sleeve.

Here is my black bomber coat, which is from Calvin Klein. This jacket is classy … and, yes, it’s perfect for classy gentlemen like myself. Will I wear it a lot in the future? Absolutely. I won’t wear it too much at first since the weather is starting to warm up.

As you can see here, my new black Calvin Klein bomber coat is giving me class in a big way. This jacket is classy … and it’s perfect for classy gentlemen like myself.

Here is a close-up shot of my new black Calvin Klein bomber jacket.

Joseph’s blog reached the 8,000-views mark on May 14, 2020.

On May 14, 2020, my blog reached the 8,000-views mark. I am holding up the sign in this photo.

On May 18, 2020, I snapped this selfie in my “computer room,” just about four hours before I got my much-needed haircut at home.

On May 18, 2020, I got a much-needed haircut in my living room. How do you guys like this haircut?

On May 16, 2020, Brady put his head up while he was sitting right in front of the blue seat.

On May 16, 2020, Brady was sitting right in front of the blue seat, which is in our living room.

On May 16, 2020, Brady sat in the blue living room seat for a little while.

On May 20, 2020, Susan Pratt, who is my mother and is one of this blog’s followers, draw this fantastic picture of me on a block of wood.

This is my grey half-zip Columbia pullover. The color’s name is “Charcoal Heather.” The pullover is the subject of my 1,375th blog post … and it’s a classy pullover, nonetheless.

I am able to wear my grey Columbia half-zip pullover with class each and every time.

Joseph spends another interesting morning with Brady!

This morning, I was able to spend some time with Brady in our living room. He did a little bit of everything while he was in our living room. He was resting for a while … and, then, at some point near the middle of the morning or so, he was growling at something that was near me. I wonder what he was growling at then.

On June 17, 2020, Brady was resting on our living room floor.
On June 17, 2020, Brady was growling at something that was near me while we were both in the living room.

Brady wanted the blue living room chair, but I was able to stop him from doing just that. He can probably rest close to the chair, but he doesn’t have to be on it with me.

On June 17, 2020, Brady was watching me sit in the blue living room chair. He didn’t get to sit in the chair with me this time around.

As you can see here, I like to watch Brady during the day whenever I have to do so. I just don’t like it whenever he tries to sit in one of the living room chairs with me. The chairs aren’t big enough for me and Brady.

Something is different about one of our rooms (Part 2)

Have you guessed which room this hardwood floor is in? The room that the floor is in is the subject of my latest two-part blog post … and, in the first part of my two-part blog post, I showed you this hardwood floor. In the second part of the two-part blog post, I will tell you which room the floor is in.

As I wrap up the two-part blog post today, I’m going to tell you which room the hardwood floor is in. In the first part of this two-part blog post, which I wrote yesterday, I showed you the hardwood floor. Since I wrote the blog post, I gave you guys a chance to guess which room the floor is in. I gave you a hint as I wrapped up the first part of the two-part blog post. Here’s the hint … I use the room very frequently during the day.

Well, I am now allowed to tell you which room the floor is in. The room is … my “computer room!”

Over the weekend, my “computer room” got a much-needed makeover. The rug, which had been in this room for a number of years, left my “computer room” on June 13, 2020. The room now has just a hardwood floor in it.

Over the weekend, my “computer room” got a makeover. It wasn’t actually a big makeover, but it was something that had been in the works for quite some time. For a number of years, a brown rug was in this room … and now there is just a hardwood floor in this room. I hope you guys like it as much as I do. My “computer room” hasn’t changed a whole lot. It’s just that the rug is no longer in this room.

I’m still getting used to this change, but, in a way, I’m starting to like having a hardwood floor in this room. I do use my “computer room” a lot on a daily basis. It relaxes me in a big way.

Something is different about one of our rooms (Part 1)

Over the weekend, I was able to see this hardwood floor in one of our rooms. This floor is in a room, which will be the subject of my latest two-part blog post. Do you have any ideas as to which room this floor is in?

Over the weekend, I was doing some much-needed work in one of the rooms in our house. I am showing you a picture of the hardwood floor that is in the room that I was working on … and the room that the floor is in is the subject of my latest two-part blog post. In the first part of the blog post, I will just show you the floor itself … and, tomorrow, in the second part of the blog post, I will show you the room that the floor is in. I will give you a hint right now. The room that the floor is in is in a room that I go into very often during the day. You can start making your guesses now … and, in about 24 hours or so, I’ll be allowed to tell you which room this hardwood floor is in.

Joseph is finally leaving his house safely!

(This post was originally supposed to be published on June 13, 2020.)

I started using my computer at 5:00 yesterday morning … and, while I gave my computer a break over the past few days, I was able to thank more of my blog’s followers and I also give you a surprise blog post.

Now, today, I am going to tell you about the day that I was finally able to leave my house safely for the first time since the afternoon of March 13th. Now, it happened on Friday morning. All of Southwestern Pennsylvania is now in the “green phase” … and, for the first time in almost three months, I was able to leave my house and be out and about for quite a while. I stayed in our red car while I was out and about on Friday … and I wore my white 3M mask for a while whenever I was in the car. Believe it or not, it actually felt pretty good to be out of the house for a while. I was supposed to go back to work on Friday, but since they weren’t ready for me to return to work then, I was able to do something else from 9:15 on Friday morning until around 2:00 on Friday afternoon. I will be going back to work again at T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville at 9:30 this Friday morning … and I will try to talk about that experience in a future blog post.

Now, I would like to show you two photos of me wearing my white 3M mask while I was out and about on Friday.

On June 12, 2020, I was able to leave my house for the first time since the afternoon of March 13th. I wore my white 3M mask while I was out and about on June 12th. I was not too far from my house whenever I snapped this selfie.
I snapped another photo of myself wearing the white 3M mask on June 12, 2020. I was outside of Giant Eagle, which is in the Virginia Manor Shopping Center, whenever I snapped this photo.

So, as you can see here, I am ready to be out and about again … and, just like the rest of us, I will wear a mask whenever I go outdoors and I will practice Social Distancing as much as possible. Stay safe and enjoy your day, my friends!

Which one of these two masks should Joseph wear when he goes out again?

I am giving my computer a break this week. This week, I thanked more of my blog’s followers in two more of my blog posts … and, today, I will give you guys a surprise blog post … and here it is.

I will be able to leave my home in just a matter of days. I was originally supposed to return to T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville tomorrow morning at 9:30, but I will not be able to do so until further notice. I will try to leave my house in the near future. If I do, I will try to wear one of my two masks with my classy outfit. Should I wear my white 3M mask or my Pirates mask whenever I go out again?

I have two masks at home. One is a white 3M mask and one is a Pirates mask. Which one of these two masks should I wear whenever I leave my home again?
This is my white 3M mask.
This is my Pirates mask.

I hope you guys like my two masks as much as I do … and, whenever I leave my house in the future, I will try to wear one of these masks with a classy outfit.

I will start using my computer again on Saturday morning at around 5:00. Please enjoy your day, my friends!

Joseph Remembers His Battle With Lyme Disease Four Years Later

It has almost been four years since I first got Lyme Disease. Now, since we are dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic this year, I won’t talk about my battle with Lyme Disease in detail. I want to avoid doing that out of respect for the people who may be going through COVID-19 in a big way. Let’s just say my battle with Lyme Disease was a scary one. I’ve been doing well for the past four years now.

Stay safe, my friends!

I will give my computer a break from 7:00 this evening until 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13th. I will thank more of my blog’s followers in two more of my blog posts next week … and I will give you a surprise blog post next week as well.
