Happy birthday, Nicholas Ciesielski!

Today, I would like to wish Nicholas Ciesielski a happy 34th birthday.  He is one of the classiest people I have ever known.  We worked at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx together in the late 2000s and early 2010s … and now he is a councilman in Bridgeville and he works at Railyard Grill and Tap Room in Bridgeville.

Over the years, I have bumped into him at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx, Railyard Grill and Tap Room and Fairview Park.

In April of 2019, me and Nicholas wore our red Boston Terrier sweaters to Railyard Grill and Tap Room.  We both look like “stylish dudes” in them.

Happy 34th birthday, Nicholas Ciesielski!  Keep being classy … and stylish!

I have owned my grey Michael Kors jacket for four years now!

On the afternoon of December 7, 2015, I purchased a grey Michael Kors jacket at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx … and, overtime, it has become my favorite jacket of all time.  Several days later, the jacket would start turning me into “Mr. Classy” whenever I would wear it.  I would like to say thank you for allowing me to have a classy jacket for four years.  This is actually my favorite jacket of all time.

I would like to give a special thanks to Bryan Gogarty, Joe Cohen, Jonathan Reed and Tim Smith for being able to wear the grey Michael Kors jacket at various times over the past four years.  Two of those people became Mr. Classy’s “stand-ins” … and they both did a fantastic job in wearing the grey MK jacket with class.  I would also like to thank my friend, Jeff Mooney, who used to work with me at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx, for inspiring me to make a classy decision in buying the grey Michael Kors jacket … and for allowing me to have a classy moniker like “Mr. Classy.”

“‘Mr. Classy’ says, ‘see you all later!'”

I am still stylish in my Christmas sweater one year later!

Nearly one year ago, I got my red Boston Terrier sweater from a company called 33 Degrees.  The sweater is a Christmas sweater … and it is from Target.  I really like this sweater … and so do a lot of other people.  I hope you guys like this sweater as much as I do.

My friend, Nicholas Ciesielski, also has this sweater … and we were both able to wear them to Railyard Grill and Tap Room in Bridgeville back in April during the Bill Ali concert.  I will wish Nicholas a happy 34th birthday in a blog post on Sunday.  I would also like to say that this Christmas sweater turns both me and Nicholas into “stylish dudes.”  The sweater is that good.

On April 7, 2019, me and Nicholas were able to wear our Boston Terrier sweaters with class for a few short minutes while we were at the Railyard Grill And Tap Room in Bridgeville.

Should Joseph buy a lavender-infused pillow?

I was reading an ad for Bed, Bath and Beyond, which came in the mail recently, and, in it, I saw a lavender-infused pillow from Brookstone, which is in the ad.  It’s only 48 dollars at Bed, Bath and Beyond.  I have My Pillow on my bed … and I have another pillow, which I have owned for about four years or so.  The pillow that I have owned for four years is really flat … and I’m thinking about getting another pillow in the future.  I would, of course, continue to use the pillowcase that is on my current pillow.

As you know, lavender is a calming scent … and it’s supposed to relax you.  If I use a lavender-infused pillow at night, do you think it would relax me and help me sleep well?  I think it would.  I don’t think I’ll buy one now, but I may consider buying one in the future.

Joseph Recovers From His Oral Surgery

On November 26, 2019, I got two of my upper teeth removed at the oral surgeon’s office in Peters Township, which is in Washington County.  The procedure went very well.  I slept through the surgery.  They put tubes in my nose … and the oxygen went through the tubes.  I also got an IV unit placed inside of my right arm.  They also put certain things on my chest so they could monitor my breathing and my vital signs during my oral surgery.  I fell asleep after my put those things on me and in me.  It took me a while to wake up after the surgery was over.  I don’t even remember leaving the building that the oral surgeon’s office is housed in.  I had some help getting out of that office, though.  I woke up inside of the car after I left the oral surgeon’s office.

After I left the oral surgeon’s office late that morning, I went home and I spent the rest of the day recovering in our two bedrooms.  I started recovering in my bedroom … and, then, about two hours later, I went into another bedroom, where the TV was.  I was able to watch CNN for hours while I was recovering in one of our two bedrooms.  At around 7:00 that evening, I went back into my bedroom … and I stayed in there for the next nine hours or so.  I was back on my feet again the next morning … and, over the next few days, I would start eating more solid foods after taking in mostly liquids just hours after I had my surgery.  I would just eat mainly soft foods at first … and then, I would start eating hard foods again whenever I was able to do so.  I wanted to ease back into them again.  Now, as of today, I’m eating all kinds of foods again.

Of course, I may need false teeth for my upper teeth as early as next year … and I will talk about it in a blog post later this month.

Enjoy your day!

Joseph’s Top Blog Posts For December 2019

The month of December is already here.  That means 2019 is almost over … and, in a few weeks, it will be 2020.  I will be giving my features a break this month, but I will bring them back in both the new year and the new decade.  Today, I will tell you about the blog posts that I’ll be writing down in December.

One blog post will be entitled “I still have my Nike Air jacket one year later!”  I will talk about my black and white Nike Air jacket … and I will tell you why I still like it one year later.

Another one of my posts will be entitled “I am still stylish in my Christmas sweater one year later!”  I will talk about my red Boston Terrier sweater, which I have owned for almost one year now.

Another one of my posts will be entitled “Joseph needs some false teeth!”  This past Tuesday, I got two of my upper teeth removed … and I may need some false teeth in the future.  They would go on my upper teeth.  Maybe I can get either flexible partial dentures or dental implants.

Another one of my posts will be entitled “I have owned my Motorola smartphone for two years!”  I will talk about my phone in the blog posts.

Another one of my posts will be entitled ” I have had a cardigan sweater for two years!”  I will talk about my grey cardigan sweater, which I bought at the now-closed Sears store at South Hills Village, nearly two years ago.

Another one of my posts will be entitled “I have owned my grey Michael Kors jacket for four years now!”  I will talk about my favorite jacket, which I have owned for nearly four years now.  It would turn me into “Mr. Classy” just days after I bought it at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx in December of 2015.

Another one of my posts will be entitled “I am still a ‘Macho Man’ two years later!”  I will talk about my purple Macho Man shirt, which I have owned for nearly two years.

Another one of my posts will be entitled “Joseph Recovers From His Oral Surgery.”  I will talk about the day that I recovered from my most recent oral surgery.  I recovered from it for a few hours this past Tuesday.  It was a quick recovery, to say the least.

Another one of my posts will be entitled “Happy birthday, Nicholas Ciesielski!”  I will wish my friend, Nicholas Ciesielski, a happy 34th birthday in a blog post on December 8th.

I will also give you a two-part blog post entitled “Joseph’s Top Blog Posts Of 2019” in December.  In it, I will give you the top blog posts of the year.

If everything goes well, I will write a blog post entitled “‘Mr. Classy’ and his ‘stand-in’ now have extra class!”  I was supposed to write the blog post in November, but “Mr. Classy” and his “stand-in” were not able to have extra class then.  Hopefully, that will change this month.

I hope you will like the blog posts that I’ll be giving you as we wrap up both a great year and a fantastic decade.  Hopefully at least one of these blog posts will catch your eye.

Blog Post Number 1,250

Today, I am writing my 1,250th blog post … and, whenever I write special blog posts like this one, I write about anything that I think is interesting.  It can be about a person, a place or a thing.  Well, today, since I’m halfway between my 1,000th blog post and my 1,500th blog post, I’m going to write about a person, a place and a thing.  The person is James Bendel, the place is Crazy Horse Coffee and the thing is a classy item from Crazy Horse Coffee.

Now, just last month, I was able to meet the owner of Crazy Horse Coffee, whose name is James Bendel.  I also went to this coffee shop earlier this year.  I would like to say that James does a fantastic job in running this coffee shop whenever he can.  I am a true fan of this place.  I was able to get a drink while I was there last month … and I was able to buy a classy item while I was there.

Please enjoy your Thanksgiving, my friends!

Joseph’s Flashback: Joseph is staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando!

Today, you will be getting two blog posts in one day.  I wrote a blog post for you guys at 7:00 this morning … and now, you will get a blog post this afternoon.  I will be getting some dental work done on Tuesday … and I will be giving my computer a break from 7:00 this evening until either 1:45 on Wednesday afternoon or 5:00 on Thursday morning.  I will see how I’m feeling then.

In the Summer of 1998, I was spending some time in Orlando with my relatives.  While I was there, I was able to stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando for a few days.  I like the hotel a lot … and I was able to enjoy myself while I was there.  The hotel is still there today.  It’s still pretty much the same on the outside, but the current Hyatt Regency logo is on the top of the building.  I believe it would be on the back side of the hotel.  Now, the hotel has some terrific amenities there … and their swimming pool is fantastic.  They also have a neat suspension bridge that goes over the pool.  The hotel has a fantastic golf course as well.  I didn’t check it out, though.

The hotel is fantastic … and, if I ever visit Orlando again, I will try to stay at this hotel again.  I really like it a lot.

Next time, I will write my 1,250th blog post for you guys.  What do you think it will be about?

My Blog Was Seen 2,000 Times In 2019!

On November 23, 2019, my blog crossed the 2,000-views mark for the year 2019.  The year also marked the first year that my blog has reached the 2,000-views mark in a single year.  You guys are fantastic … and I would like to thank you all for allowing my blog to reach this milestone.

You guys are in for a pre-Thanksgiving treat.  You guys will get not one, but two blog posts today.  You will be able to see another one of my posts at around 3:00 this afternoon.

I will be undergoing a dental procedure this Tuesday … and I will give my computer a break from 7:00 this evening until either 1:45 on Wednesday afternoon or 5:00 on Thursday morning.  I will see how I’m feeling then.  Enjoy your day!
