Now, I am no longer taking my evening walks around National Hill. In a matter of days, it will be harder for me to stay indoors after 6:00 in the evening, since it will be getting darker after that time in just a few days. Now, I am actually giving myself a little “me time” in my “computer room” at 6:00 on weekday evenings. To me, it’s very relaxing … and it’s beneficial to me since Brady has eaten up my “me time” over the past few months or so. I have to watch Brady on certain days … and it eats up my “me time” in a big way. In this day and age, having “me time” is important, even if it’s just for a short time. You can probably do it in a private room in your house or apartment. Maybe you guys can give yourselves “me time” at 6:00 on weekday evenings, just in case you had a tough day in either work or school.
Now, over the years, I have listened to several fantastic radio stations in Pittsburgh … and, at one point, whenever I was a student in school, I would listen to at least one of the three public radio stations in our city. When I was young, I would listen to either WQED-FM, which is at 89.3, or WDUQ, which was at 90.5, regularly. I would sometimes listen to WYEP, which is at 91.3, but I never really got into it. WQED-FM plays classical music, WDUQ, which is now WESA, airs programs from NPR and WYEP plays Adult Alternative music.
Whenever I listened to 90.5 years ago, their call letters were WDUQ … and they had their studios on the campus of Duquesne University for many years. These days, their call letters are WESA … and their studios are on Pittsburgh’s South Side. That brings me to the topic of today’s blog post, which is about my 90.5 WESA app. For some reason, I started listening to public radio regularly again, after taking a break from doing so for a few years.
90.5 WESA is one of Pittsburgh’s three NPR stations … and I usually listen to it on my app, which is on my smartphone … and it relaxes me in a big way. I listen to it out of boredom, but, sometimes, I’ll listen to it if I want to be informed. The station has some fantastic programs and some fantastic disc jockeys on there … and they also do hourly newscasts from NPR at one minute after nearly every hour. They also air “BBC World Service” in the overnight hours … and I’ll listen to it on my app whenever I want to fall asleep in the middle of the night.
If you need a way to relax like me, you can download the 90.5 WESA app on your smartphone … and you can use it whenever you want to relax.
Today, I’m going to tell you about an item that relaxes me in a big way. I have actually owned this item in one form or another for several days now. I bought Swiffers Dusters at Big Lots a few days ago. I was able to use them in my computer room whenever I had the chance to do so … and this item relaxes me in a big way. You put a special duster on the yellow handle … and it really picks up the dust. Then it locks the dust that I just picked up inside of the dusters. Recently, I bought another box of Swiffer Dusters … and it has Febreze in the dusters. There are 10 dusters in the box … and I previously bought a box of Swiffer Dusters not too long ago. There were five of them in a box … and it had no scents in them.
Next time, I will give you a chance to revisit another one of my blog posts from my blog’s third year. The post will be about one of my friends and I wrote it down in January of 2017.

Today, I would like to talk about an app that I use on my smartphone on a daily basis … and it’s called the “Relax And Sleep” app. There are all kinds of soothing sounds on the app … and you can use it for a certain amount of time. In fact, you can have one or multiple timers on it; however, you can use just one timer at a time.
I love this app a lot … and, if you like it a lot, you can download the app for free. It’s in the Google Play store … and you can find it in your app store, if you don’t use the Google Play store. The app relaxes me in a big way … and I use it several times a day. I also use it for one hour and 23 minutes every night as I prepare to go to sleep. I urge all of you guys to download the “Relax And Sleep” app someday. It has a little lamb on the app. It will relax you guys in a big way.

Today, I’m going to tell you about drinking decaffeinated teas twice a day. I drink a cup of decaf tea at around 8:00 in the morning … and I drink another cup of decaf tea at around 7:00 in the evening. The drinks relax me in a big way … more whenever I drink them in a room by myself. That generally happens on some evenings … and, occasionally, it will also happen on some mornings as well. I have decaf black tea and decaf green tea at home … and I like both of these drinks a lot. These teas are from Wal-Mart … and, yes, I do drink decaf teas from other brands as well.

Joseph’s Road To His 30th Birthday: Joseph’s 19th Year On Earth (February 7, 2016)
I really like to save up my money for some neat things. I almost always have coins in my wallet … and I sometimes, split up the coins in a rather unique way. I keep half of my coins in a wallet … and I put the other half of my coins in my money jars. I can’t tell you exactly how much money I have in the jars, but I can tell you that I have at least 41 cents in my jars. I have three actual money jars and they can be found on one of my dressers in my bedroom … and I also have a money jar that’s shaped like a bottle. It can be found near my bedroom door. The money jars relax me … and they allow me to use them whenever I need to take some of the coins out of my wallet. This way, I can put them to use.

My Penguins jerseys (January 16, 2015)
Well, the Pirates won’t be playing baseball until next Spring, but that’s not going to stop me from telling you about the many Pirates shirts that I have at home. I have been able to wear these shirts at least once since I bought them at various stores in the past. The shirts relax me in a big way, whether or not the Pirates are playing on any given day. I may also wear them in the Winter time. I have actually owned one of the Pirates shirts twice. Can you guess which one it is? The answer can be found underneath of the picture that will go with this post.
Did you guess which shirt I have owned twice? That would be my grey Pirates shirt, which is from Majestic. It’s the shirt that has the black “P” on it. It’s on the bottom-left hand corner of the photo.

Now, just last month, I wrote a blog post entitled “Joseph’s New Vacuum Cleaner.” In it, I told you about the cleaner itself, but, now, in this blog post, I’m going to tell you why this little vacuum cleaner, which is from Turtle Wax, relaxes me considerably. It relaxes me a lot because it allows me to pick up little messes with ease. I could probably use it all day, if I could.
Today, I would like to talk about one of my favorite pieces of clothing ever … and that would be my black leather jacket, which is from Vintage Leather. It also turns me into “Mr. Classy.” It’s a very classy jacket and it relaxes me in a big way. That’s because I’m able to feel relaxed whenever I wear the jacket.
Today, I would like to talk about a thing that relaxes me a lot … and that would be this blog itself. I have written 862 posts on this blog since August of 2014 … and it has allowed me to feel relaxed every time I write down a blog post. This is my 862nd blog post, if you can believe that.
I really like this blog a lot … and I hope that you guys are able to feel relaxed every time you see it. I updated my blog a few days ago by giving it a well-deserved makeover … and I guess you could say it’s more relaxing than ever before.
My blog is somewhat relaxing, in my opinion.
