Joseph’s New Denim Jacket

On September 7, 2018, I purchased a new Guess denim jacket at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx.  I had actually seen a co-worker wearing one during my shift one day … and, while I was taking my break, I was able to buy my jacket.  I tried it on in front of one of the store’s mirrors … and I liked it a lot.  I was able to have the employees put it on hold for me until my shift ended at 2:00 that afternoon.  The jacket is full of class … and I will do my best to wear it as often as I can this Fall.

I’d like to show you both sides of my new denim jacket.  Of course, I’ll start with the front part of the jacket.  There are several pockets on the front part of the jacket.  There are two pockets with a button on each of the pockets … and then there are also two regular pockets on the front part of the jacket.  The jacket has some zippers on both of the sleeves … and, on the jacket’s left sleeve, “MCM-81” can be found in a red box.  There are also six buttons on the jacket.

Now, I’m going to show you the back of the denim jacket.  There are four stars on the back of the jacket … and there is also a long zipper on the back of the jacket.  If you open up the zipper, you’ll be able to see a little red thing, which can be found inside of the zipper.

In honor of my blog’s fifth year, I’d like to show you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around September 19th in previous years …

I have owned my orange camo hat for one year!

I am now able to use my computer again after giving it a break for several days.  I started using it again early this morning … and, today, I would like to talk about my orange camouflaged hat, which I have owned for one year.  The hat is from the Pennsylvania National Guard.  I have worn the hat several times over the past year … and, of course, I have been able to wear it with class every time.

An “ode” to a terrific friend named Ted

Today, I would like to tell you about a terrific friend of mine … and his name is Ted Wolford.  Ted is one of the classiest people that I have ever known … and I was able to bump into him here on National Hill last August.

On August 12, 2017, I was taking my walk around National Hill … and I bumped into Ted Wolford while I was doing just that. I bumped into him earlier in the afternoon while I was taking a short walk around my neighborhood.

Now, I will be giving my computer a break from 7:00 this evening until 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 16th.  Next week, I will be thanking some of my blog’s followers in three of my blog posts.  If I don’t get a chance to say thank you to you in any one of my posts next week, don’t worry.  I will be doing that in more of my blog posts in October.  You are all fantastic!

Joseph’s 950th Blog Post

Today, I’m writing my 950th blog post for you guys … and, today, I’m going to tell you about one of the classiest people that I have ever known.  His name is Tony Talotta.  Tony is a barber at Maestro’s Barber Shop, which is located in Bridgeville.  We both went to South Fayette High School together … and I have been friends with him for more than ten years.

On July 18, 2018, while I was at Maestro’s Barber Shop, me and Tony were able to wear our “Back in the ‘Burgh” shirts with class.  This was actually planned, believe it or not.

Does “Mr. Classy” have a new “stand-in?”

This is a blog post that I had been wanting to write down for sometime … and, today, I get to do just that.

Now, in June of 2016, I became friends with a terrific person named Jonathan Reed.  Just in case you don’t know who he is, he’s married to a person that I went to school with more than 10 years ago.  Anyway, I “hired” him to become Mr. Classy’s “stand-in” just days after we became friends.  This way, he would be able to step up to the plate whenever “Mr. Classy” was unable to fulfill his duties.  He wasn’t able to do that too much, but he still did a fantastic job as Mr. Classy’s “stand-in.”  He gave up his duties whenever he had to part with the grey MK jacket.

This is Mr. Classy’s original “stand-in” … and his name is Jonathan Reed.  He was able to wear his grey MK jacket with class for a few months.  He gave up his duties as Mr. Classy’s “stand-in” whenever he parted with his grey MK jacket.

On August 16, 2018, “Mr. Classy” hired a new “stand-in” … and he would be able to fulfill Mr. Classy’s duties whenever he is unable to do so.  Of course, his new “stand-in” is a classy person.  Let me tell who “Mr. Classy” has hired to be his new “stand-in.”  His name is … Tim Smith.  Tim is a terrific person … and he is doing a fantastic job as Mr. Classy’s new “stand-in” so far.  Tim is married to my cousin, Sarah Smith.

Joseph Wants To Be Alone

I am visiting my “undisclosed location” this weekend, so, obviously, I’ll be giving my computer a break for a majority of the weekend.  Today, I’d like to write a rather personal blog post for you guys.  Some parts of it are good … and some parts of it are bad.  It will sort of tell you guys why I haven’t been out and about a lot this year.  The reason may surprise you a little bit.

I am what is called an “introvert.”  An “introvert” is a person who likes to be alone for long periods of time.  I can now say that I am an “introvert.”  While I love to talk to you guys both online and in person a lot, I do like to be alone on some occasions.  When it comes to being alone, I sometimes enjoy it.  It depends on the situation, of course.  Sometimes it’s good … and sometimes it’s bad.

This year, you may not have seen me going to certain places and events.  Well, that’s because I can’t really tolerate being in large crowds for long periods of time.  I also can’t tolerate loud music for long periods of time, either.  I can probably go somewhere if it will not be very crowded … and I can go somewhere if the music will not be too loud.  Those were a few of the reasons why I was not able to go to certain events this year, like McSummerfest and the Mardi Gras Dance.  Now, last year, I was able to go to McSummerfest for just a few minutes … and I did go to the Mardi Gras Dance last year, but I was not able to stay the entire time.

Also, this year, I have not been able to take my evening walks around National Hill on a daily basis.  It sort of depends on my mood.  I’m trying not to take too many walks around my neighborhood anymore … and I’m also trying to give me some time to myself in the late afternoon and early evening hours.  It’s nothing personal.  Thank you all for your understanding.  Of course, we will continue to remain friends for a long time, whether or not I am a true “introvert.”  Sometimes, I’m proud to say that I am an “introvert.”  I like you guys a lot, but I need some time to myself so I can talk to you guys both online and in person.

Enjoy your day, my friends!

Blog Post Number 925

Today, I am writing my 925th blog post … and, today, I would like to talk about one of the classiest friends that I have ever known.  His name is Justin Conklin.  I have been one of his friends for almost three years.  I have bumped into him a few times at the Iron Creek Bar and Grille, which is located in Cuddy … and I have bumped into him at Maestro’s Barber Shop, which is located in Bridgeville, a couple of times.  I have taken my selfies with him in both of those locations over the years.  Justin is one of the classiest people that I have ever known.

One of my aunts is 75 today!

Today is July 26th … and today is a rather exciting day for me.  My aunt, whose name is Carol Kuhn, is turning 75 years old today.  She is a terrific person.  I still bump into her whenever I can … and I still keep in touch with her whenever I can.

I used to spend a few days with her at one time, but, in early 2015, I stopped doing that so that I can focus on writing these blog posts for you guys here on this blog, but I still visit her at her house from time to time.

Happy birthday, Aunt Carol!

Now, tomorrow, I will write my 925th blog post down … and it will be about one of the classiest friends that I have ever known.

Let’s Talk About A Past Blog Post: Joseph’s New Classy Jacket

In August of 2017, I kicked off my blog’s fourth year by writing a blog post entitled “Joseph’s New Classy Jacket.”  In it, I talked about my new blue Puma Clyde jacket, which I had purchased at T.J. Maxx a few days earlier.  This jacket is full of class … and I’ve worn it a few times since I got it.  I was inspired to write this blog post because I like to talk about the classy items that I buy regularly.
