I still have my grey and black Puma jacket two years later!

For just over two years now, I have owned one of the classiest jackets in my wardrobe … and that would be my grey and black Puma jacket.  The jacket always gives me class and swag whenever I wear it.  I like the jacket so much … and I’m able to keep it on my computer room’s chair at all times.  My chair will have extra class and extra swag, thanks to that jacket.

As I said before, I really like this jacket … and I will try to wear it many more times in the future.

I have worn my grey and black Puma jacket many times over the past two years.

As you can see here, I really like this grey and black Puma jacket a lot … and I would like to thank a couple of my friends for having the chance to wear this jacket with class as well … and they are Jook Greer and Michael Keehn.  They are just as classy as I am.

Happy birthday, Justin McKean!

Today, I would like to wish a very classy person named Justin McKean a happy birthday today.  On January 23, 2007, he was one of three substitute teachers that I had while I was finishing up my time at South Fayette High School … and we have been terrific friends for 13 years now.  He is one of the classiest people I have ever known … and he is able to be a casual and a classy dresser as well.  I sometimes get ideas for my wardrobe from him.  He is casual and classy.  I have bumped into Justin several times over the past 13 years … and, in July of 2016, I was able to snap a selfie with Justin at McSummerfest … and, that evening, we both had our white 2016 Stanley Cup Champions T-shirts on.

So, again, I would like to say that Justin McKean is a very classy friend … and I would like to thank him for allowing me to talk about him in some of my blog posts over the past 5 1/2 years, including my 1,000th blog post.  Happy birthday, Justin!

Joseph Still Has A Classy Chaps Button-Down Shirt One Year Later!

I have owned my plaid long-sleeve button-down shirt from Chaps for just over one year … and my uncle, Thomas Papakie, has one as well.  The shirt has several colors on it, including white, blue, pink and purple.  There is a front pocket on the shirt … and the Chaps logo is easily visible on the pocket.  I bought the shirts for me and Thomas at T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville last March.  We both like these shirts a lot … and we have worn them several times since I bought them last year.

As I said at the beginning of this blog post, I also bought this shirt for Thomas Papakie at T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods in Bridgeville last March.  He likes it as much as I do.  Not long after I bought the shirts, me and Thomas wore them for a few minutes before I went to bed one evening.

On March 20, 2019, me and my uncle, Thomas Papakie, wore our plaid long-sleeved button-down shirts with class in my “computer room.” The shirts go nicely with jeans, shorts and dress pants … and they may sometimes go with lounge pants also.

As you can see here, me and Thomas both like our plaid Chaps button-down shirts a lot.  As I wrap up the blog post, I would like you to see me and him wearing our shirts from last March until the present day.

Joseph’s 1,325th Blog Post Is About A Classy Shirt!

Today, I am writing my 1,325th blog post … and, in the post, I will talk about a very classy shirt.  I got this shirt as a Christmas present nearly three months ago … and I have worn it several times since I got it.

Well, without further ado, let me tell you which shirt I’ll be talking about in today’s blog post.

This is my red and blue Saddlebred polo shirt, which is the subject of my 1,325th blog post. The shirt is very classy … and I got it for Christmas nearly three months ago.

Today, I would like to talk about my red and blue Saddlebred polo shirt, which I got for Christmas nearly three months ago.  I really like this shirt.  It is a very classy polo shirt … and I have worn it several times since I got it.  The shirt is red and blue … and there’s also a pocket on the front of the shirt.  The shirt’s collar is blue.  There are some blue stripes on the shirt … and you can see some red stripes as well.  There are also some thin white lines inside of the red stripes.  In the blue stripes, you can see some thin blue stripes.

As you can see here, I really like my red and blue Saddlebred polo shirt … and I hope you guys do also.  I will continue to wear it as we go through Spring.

Joseph’s New Saddlebred Polo Shirt

I got a classy and casual polo shirt as a Christmas present in 2019 … and I really like it a lot.  The shirt is from Saddlebred … and it is red and blue.  There are a lot of stripes on the shirt … and there is also a pocket on the front of the shirt.  How neat is that?

Now, I will wear the shirt mainly with jeans at first … and, then, I will try to wear it with shorts and dress pants whenever I am able to do so.  In my opinion, I think it goes nicely with just blue jeans.

I hope you guys like this shirt as much as I do.  It is full of class.

I have had a cardigan sweater for two years!

Two years ago, I purchased a grey cardigan sweater at the now-closed Sears store at South Hills Village.  The sweater has four blue stripes on it … and it’s from a brand called Simply Styled.  The collar is a “shaul” collar.  I like the sweater a lot … and I’ve worn it several times over the past two years.  Now, I first saw the sweater at that Sears store on December 10, 2017 … and I bought it on that day.  I would officially get it as a Christmas present two weeks after I first bought it.  I will continue to wear it many times in the future.

I hope you guys still like this sweater as much as I do.  Believe it or not, the cashier who rang up my sweater two years ago liked it as well.  It doesn’t surprise me.  A lot of people also like my sweater as well.  I wonder if the cashier bought one of those sweaters also.  The sweater is that good.

Celebrating more than 10 years of friendship

During the second half of my blog’s fifth year, I will give you a chance to revisit some of my posts from my blog’s fifth year. Today, I will give you another chance to revisit a post from my blog’s third year. I wrote the post in January of 2007 and it’s entitled “Celebrating 10 years of friendship.”

In the blog post, I was talking about my 10-year friendship with Justin McKean. We became friends at South Fayette High School on January 23, 2007 … and he was one of the three substitute teachers that I had on that day. All three of my regular teachers were off on that day. Since then, we keep in touch with each other as often as possible. Over the past 12 years, I have talked with him in e-mails and on Social Media … and I do bump into him in person either once or twice a year, mainly at our local festivals. He is also able to be cool, casual and classy on some occasions … and, in some ways, he has inspired me to follow suit in a way. Since I wrote this blog post more than two years ago, Justin is currently not a fellow WordPress blogger like he was back in early 2017. That may change in the future. All in all, Justin is a terrific friend … and I will try to bump into him at least one time this Summer.

In honor of my blog’s fifth year, I’d like to show you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around May 17th in previous years …

Joseph Pratt's Interests And Some Other Things

Ten years ago today, I became friends with one of the coolest and classiest people that I have ever known … and his name is Justin McKean.  On that day, he was one of the three substitute teachers that I had while I went to South Fayette High School on that day.

Since January 23, 2007, Justin has been my teacher, my friend and also my fellow blogger … and we still keep in touch with each other regularly.  We also bump into each other once or twice a year at local festivals.

Back in July of 2016, I bumped into Justin at McSummerfest … and we took a selfie while we were there one evening.

0705161929_HDR On July 5, 2016, I bumped into Justin McKean at McSummerfest in McDonald, PA. We have been friends in one form or another for almost 10 years now. Since 2007, he has been my…

Joseph Has Owned His Grey Penguins Shirt For Three Years Now!

For just over three years, I have owned a classy grey Pittsburgh Penguins T-shirt.  I bought it for less than 10 dollars at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx.  It was almost too good to pass up.  After I bought the shirt at T.J. Maxx one afternoon back in May of 2016, I was able to talk my friend, Chuck Lazzini, who occasionally follows this blog, into buying that Penguins shirt at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx.  We have been able to wear them with class over the past three years.  I have worn the shirt with blue jeans, white jeans, dress pants, gym shorts, cargo shorts and even my blue and white Puma pants.

As you can see in these pictures, I like this grey Penguins T-shirt a lot … and my friend, Chuck Lazzini, is able to wear his with class on some occasions.  I will try to wear it many times in the future.

Next time, I will give you a chance to revisit a post from my blog’s third year … and it will be about one of my friends.  I wrote the post in late 2016.

In honor of my blog’s fifth year, I’d like to show you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around May 13th in previous years …

Joseph’s New Classy Button-Down Shirt

This past Friday, I was looking for a classy button-down shirt for myself.  It was a tough decision for me to make because I saw a lot of classy button-down shirts while I was at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx.  I wanted to buy a button-down shirt from Dockers, but, instead, I decided to buy a button-down shirt from Chaps.  Guess what?  It was a little bit classier than the Dockers shirt was … and the sleeves were rolled up just slightly on both sides.

The shirt is a plaid one … and it can be worn with either jeans, dress pants or shorts.  I will do my best to wear this shirt with all three of those items this Spring.  You can also see the Chaps logo very clearly on the front pocket.
