Let’s Talk About A Past Blog Post: My green and yellow Brasil jacket

Today, I would like to talk about one of the first blog posts that I ever wrote on my blog.  I wrote my seventh blog post down on September 7, 2014 … and it is entitled “My green and yellow Brasil jacket.”  In the post, I talked about my green and yellow Brasil jacket, which I purchased at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx back in February of 2014.  I showed you both sides of my jacket in the blog post.  I also bought one for my cousin and friend, Shane Trylko.  He likes his jacket as much as I like mine.  These jackets are our “friendship jackets.”  I was inspired to write this blog post because I wanted to show you guys a fantastic jacket.

Last March, I was able to revisit that blog post as my blog was celebrating its fifth year.

Before I show you the link to the blog post, I would like you to see me and Shane wearing this green and yellow Brasil jacket in some photos.

Here’s the link to the blog post …

Spring is now in full swing … and, before you know it, the month of April will be here.  Then, in just a few weeks, I will be celebrating my 34th birthday.  Just don’t ask me how I’ll be celebrating it just yet.  Fears of the Coronavirus may cause me to celebrate it at home; however, you will have to answer a question about my birthday plans in a blog post in April.

Now, today, I’m going to tell you about some of the blog posts that I’ll be writing down in April.  I will give you guys some fantastic posts throughout April … and I hope you guys can check out at least one of these posts whenever you can.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “Happy 3rd Birthday, Ezra!”  Ezra is the son of my cousin, Sarah Smith, and Tim Smith, who is Mr. Classy’s “stand-in.”  I will wish Ezra a happy birthday in a blog post in April.

I will also be using my blog’s features in April.  Let me tell you how I’ll be using them this time…

Joseph Puts “The ‘Classy’ Test” To The Test

Now, almost one year ago, “Mr. Classy” brought you “The ‘Classy’ Test” in a blog post.  In it, I asked you three questions that I thought would be perfect for classy people, like myself.  Today, I’m going to put “The ‘Classy Test” … to the test.

Question One: Are you able to wear a jacket or a sweater with class regularly?

If you answer “yes,” then you’re doing a fantastic job in doing so.  If you answer “no,” then you can try to wear a jacket or a sweater with blue jeans or dress pants … and a very classy shirt.  For example, if you have a black leather jacket, you can probably wear it with a very nice button-down shirt and either some dark blue jeans or some very classy dress pants.

Question Two: Do you say “please” and “thank you” to your friends and your relatives at least 50% of the time?

If you answer “yes,” then you are truly a classy person.  Please keep up the good work.  If you answer “no,” then you need to practice a little bit more.  It takes lots of courage to be this polite, but with a little luck and a lot of work, you, too, can be as polite as “Mr. Classy” just by saying “please” and “thank you” to any person in any situation at least half of the time.

Question Three: Is your hair pointing upward a little bit towards the front?

If you answer “yes,” then you have some class.  If you answer “no,” well, you can try to point it up a little bit in the front soon.  It might take some work, though.

Did you pass “The ‘Classy’ Test” with flying colors?  If you said “yes,” then, congratulations!  Hopefully you answered all three questions truthfully.  If you said “no,” then, you still have some work to do.  Hopefully you answered either one or two questions truthfully.  If you answered none of the questions truthfully, then you might not be as classy as “Mr. Classy” is.

Enjoy your day, my friends!

At some point in March, I will write my 1,325th blog post … and it will be entitled “Joseph’s 1,325th Blog Post Is About A Classy Shirt!”  I can’t tell you which shirt I’ll be talking about yet.  I can assure you … the shirt that I’ll be talking about in that blog post will be a classy one.  I will give you a hint.  It will be about one of my polo shirts.

Another one of my blog posts is going to be entitled “Derek Papakie Turns 30 Today!”  I wrote this blog post down yesterday, but, of course, I hope you will check it out in March anyway.  In case you haven’t seen it yet, let me tell you what it will be about.  In the post, I wished my cousin and friend, Derek Papakie, a happy 30th birthday.  Derek is a terrific person.

Another one of my blog posts will be entitled “Joseph Still Has A Classy Chaps Button-Down Shirt One Year Later!”  I will talk about my plaid long-sleeve Chaps button-down shirt in a blog post in March.  The shirt is very classy, to say the least.

Joseph is still “super” three years later!

Three years ago today, I got my grey Superman T-shirt … and I’ve worn it many times over the past three years.  I usually wear it with blue jeans and nice shorts, but I may have worn it with dress pants and white jeans as well.  No matter how I wear it, I always wear it with class.  I may wear it with sweatpants or gym shorts in the future.

I have owned this grey Superman T-shirt for three years … and I’ve worn it many times over the years. I have worn it with white jeans, dress pants, blue jeans and nice shorts … and, in the future, I may also wear it with sweatpants and gym shorts.

Me, and my neighbor, Michael Spicer, have worn our grey Superman shirts many times over the past three years.

Thomas Papakie, who is one of my uncles, was able to wear the grey Superman T-shirt with me back in December of 2018.  We both wore them with class back then.

On December 22, 2018, me and Thomas Papakie wore the grey Superman shirts with class. In this case, he’s a “super” uncle.

I still like my grey Superman shirt a lot … and I hope you guys do also.

Let’s Talk About A Past Blog Post: Joseph’s new green lacrosse pullover top

In February of 2018, I wrote a blog post entitled “Joseph’s new green lacrosse pullover top.”  In it, I talked about my green lacrosse pullover, which is from Holloway.  I wrote the post just days after I got my top in the mail.  Now, I had given my computer a break for a few days after I got my top, so I had to wait until February 4, 2018, to talk about the top in a post.  I have worn it many times since I got my top … and I thanked Chuck Lazzini for allowing me to have that top.  We both got our tops in the mail at around the same time.  I still like my top today.

Last June, I was able to revisit the blog post as I was preparing to celebrate my blog’s fifth anniversary.

Here’s the link to the blog post …

I still have my Nike Air jacket one year later!

Back in October of 2018, I got a black and white Nike Air jacket in the mail, but, since I ordered it as a “Christmas present,” I was not allowed to have it full-time for more than two months.  I like the jacket so much, I was able to buy one for my uncle, whose name is Thomas Papakie, as a Christmas present as well.  We both got them for Christmas last year … and we both still like them nearly one year later.  We will continue to wear them in the future.

Joseph “Gets Railed” For The Holidays In A Stylish Way!

As we prepare to wrap up the year 2019 and the 2010s in general, I would like to tell you about the time that I was able to “get railed” for the Holidays in a stylish way.  On December 21, 2019, I went to the Railyard Grill and Tap Room in Bridgeville for just over an hour that afternoon.  I wore my red Boston Terrier sweater to the restaurant … and so did my friend, Nicholas Ciesielski.  Now, I had owned my sweater for one year at that time … and, in a way, I wanted to celebrate the milestone in style.  My mother bought me that sweater at Target … and, not long before I got my sweater, Nicholas got his sweater at Target as well.  We were just being “stylish dudes” at the restaurant that afternoon … and we were literally “twinning” on that day.  We both wore our sweaters with jeans and tennis shoes then.

Now, me and Nicholas also got our photo taken with Santa while we were at Railyard Grill and Tap Room that afternoon.

Before I left the restaurant that afternoon, I also snapped this photo with Jeremy Robinson, who is the manager of Railyard Grill and Tap Room.  I have been to this restaurant many times since it opened in late 2016 … and I would like to say that Jeremy and his fellow staff members all do a fantastic job in making the Railyard Grill and Tap Room a classy place for us to eat and have fun.

Thank you all for allowing me to give you guys some fantastic blog posts during the latter half of the 2010s.  I hope I can give you some more fantastic posts in the 2020s as well.  Have a fantastic new year, my friends … and I will give you another fantastic blog post in 2020.  I can’t tell you what it will be about just yet.

I have owned my grey Michael Kors jacket for four years now!

On the afternoon of December 7, 2015, I purchased a grey Michael Kors jacket at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx … and, overtime, it has become my favorite jacket of all time.  Several days later, the jacket would start turning me into “Mr. Classy” whenever I would wear it.  I would like to say thank you for allowing me to have a classy jacket for four years.  This is actually my favorite jacket of all time.

I would like to give a special thanks to Bryan Gogarty, Joe Cohen, Jonathan Reed and Tim Smith for being able to wear the grey Michael Kors jacket at various times over the past four years.  Two of those people became Mr. Classy’s “stand-ins” … and they both did a fantastic job in wearing the grey MK jacket with class.  I would also like to thank my friend, Jeff Mooney, who used to work with me at Bridgeville T.J. Maxx, for inspiring me to make a classy decision in buying the grey Michael Kors jacket … and for allowing me to have a classy moniker like “Mr. Classy.”

“‘Mr. Classy’ says, ‘see you all later!'”
