Does Joseph look like a classy person in a block of wood?

Now, in my last blog post, I thanked my mother, Susan Pratt, who is one of the followers of my blog, for drawing a classy picture of me on a block of wood.  She drew a photo of me listening to 90.5 on my clock radio, which is in my bedroom.  Today, I would like to talk about the drawing in detail.

On May 20, 2020, Susan Pratt, who is my mother and is one of this blog’s followers, draw this fantastic picture of me on a block of wood.

In this drawing, I am wearing my grey half-zip Columbia pullover and my plaid button-down shirt from Chaps.  I think she did a fantastic job in making this drawing of me on a block of wood.  Now you guys are able to see a classy person like myself in a piece of wood.  Do you think I look like a classy person in a block of wood?  I think I do.  I will also show you the photo that inspired her to make this drawing.

On April 26, 2020, I was listening to 90.5 WESA, which is one of Pittsburgh’s three NPR stations, on my clock radio, which is in my bedroom. I asked you guys if I should do just that back in February … and I actually said I should do so.

Do you think she was able to recreate this classy photo of yours truly in a block of wood in a fantastic way?  I think she did so in a fantastic way also.  I hope you guys like me as a classy person in a block of wood as much as I do.

How are you guys staying safe during the Coronavirus Outbreak?

For the next several days or so, a lot of us will have to stay at home as the Coronavirus Outbreak continues.  I am staying safe by staying inside of my house as much as possible.  I will be walking to my mailbox on most of those days … and, of course, if I do go outdoors during the day, I am doing my best to stay at least six feet away from the nearest person.  Of course, I am still writing blog posts on my computer in my house’s “computer room” four to five times a week.  In fact, today, I am writing a post at home on my computer … and I would like to know how you guys are all staying safe during the Coronavirus Outbreak.

Please enjoy the rest of your day … and stay safe and stay home during the Coronavirus Outbreak.  We will do our best to get through it together.

“Joseph Pratt’s Interests And Some Other Things” Is Five Years Old Today!

Today is a very big day for this blog, which is called “Joseph Pratt’s Interests And Some Other Things.”  This blog is now officially five years old.  It seems like this blog started yesterday … and you have made it grow up into the blog it is today.

“Joseph Pratt’s Interests And Some Other Things” is five years old today! The blog started on August 24, 2014.
Thank you for allowing my blog to become a classy blog over the past five years.

Since I started my blog five years ago, I have written nearly 1,200 posts on here … and I will write more blog posts for you guys for as long as I am able to do so.  I probably won’t do this forever, but who knows?

I have 180 followers on my blog … and I would like to thank them for following my blog regularly.  Some of them do it here on WordPress.com … and some of them do it via e-mail.  I don’t have time to thank all of my blog’s followers today, so I will do my best to thank them in several of my blog posts throughout my blog’s sixth year.

All in all, I would like to say thank you for allowing me to give you some fantastic blog posts over the past five years.  You have been able to help me let it grow gracefully from a simple blog to a very classy blog.  I have talked about some very interesting things in my posts … and my mission is to keep the people who check out my blog regularly both informed and entertained.  I will continue to do just that in the future.

Now, tomorrow, I will begin my blog’s sixth year … and I already have some topics to begin a new year of this blog with.  I can’t tell you what I’ll be talking about in the posts yet.  I will give you some great blog posts in the coming days.

Now, for the last time, I will give you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around a certain date in previous years.  I was able to do it in all of my blog posts throughout my blog’s fifth year.  Now that my blog’s fifth year is coming to an end, I won’t be doing this for you guys anymore.

In honor of my blog’s fifth year, which ends today, I would like to give you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around August 24th in previous years …
