Where’s Cuddy? It’s covered in fog!

During the second half of my blog’s fifth year, I’m going to give you a chance to revisit some of my past blog posts.

In March of 2015, I talked about a fog-covered Cuddy in a blog post. I snapped a photo of Cuddy while it was covered in fog … and you could only see the bare trees in the photo. At that time, I may have snapped one of the scariest photos ever. I think it was possibly the scariest photo that I ever took. It looked like something out of a scary movie a little bit.

Tomorrow, you will get a chance to revisit the last blog post that I wrote down during my blog’s first year.

In honor of my blog’s fifth year, I’d like to show you five blog posts that I wrote down on or around March 26th in previous years …

Joseph Pratt's Interests And Some Other Things

On March 10, 2015, Cuddy was covered in fog. All you can see in this picture are many bare trees! On March 10, 2015, Cuddy was covered in fog. All you can see in this picture are many bare trees!

Earlier this week, the town of Cuddy was completely covered in fog. In this picture, you can see the bare trees, but you can’t see Cuddy at all. I took this picture at around 6:00 on Tuesday evening … and the fog completely covered up Cuddy. In my opinion, this might be one of the scariest pictures that I ever took, but then again, I’m entitled to my opinion.

It’s another breathtaking sunset!

Spring is just six days away … and the days are starting to get a little bit longer.  It started to get dark after 7:00 in the evening again this past Sunday … and that means that the sun will be setting after I shut off my computer for the night.  I usually go to bed at different times between 8:20 and 9:00 at night … and it won’t be long before the sun will be able to set during those times.  I may be able to snap a photo of a terrific sunset before I go to sleep, if I see a good one.

The sunset that I’m going to show you today is from Sunday and I snapped it at around 7:30 on Sunday evening.  The sky is mostly grey … and the clouds are dark grey.  The sky, which is in the middle of the photo, is mainly orange.

Joseph’s Top Blog Posts About Leaves

Can you believe it?  Today is August 1st … and it’s gonna feel like it today.  In just a few weeks, the leaves are gonna be changing colors … and then they’re all gonna fall down to the ground.

Now, I’m not ready to start thinking about Fall just yet, though, but I would like to tell you about three of my top blog posts, which are about leaves.

Seeing the leaves near the railroad bridge (October 10, 2016)
Which leaves are on the trees … and which ones are on the ground? (October 23, 2015)
The leaves are starting to change colors! (October 9, 2016)

What did Joseph see while he was outdoors over the weekend?

Happy Halloween!

At around 8:00 yesterday morning, I was standing outside in our backyard … and I saw a little bit of everything while I was standing outdoors.  I saw bare trees, some dark clouds and a lot of leaves while I was outside.

Let me tell you exactly what I saw yesterday morning.

First, I saw a lot of leaves near our backyard.  Most of the leaves have now fallen onto the ground.

On October 30, 2016, I saw a lot of leaves on the ground. The piece of property, which is located right behind our fenced-in backyard, is completely covered with leaves.

Second, I saw a nice sunrise and I saw a lot of dark clouds in the sky while the sun was rising.

On October 30, 2016, I saw a nice sunrise in the sky. The clouds were mainly dark, but there were also some white clouds and some grey clouds in the sky at that time as well.

Finally, I saw a lot of bare trees near our tree house.

On October 30, 2016, I saw a lot of bare trees near our tree house.

As you can plainly see here, it’s beginning to look a lot like Fall, even though, at times, it may not feel like it too much outdoors.

Our orange trees (Part 2)

Now, in the second part of this two-part blog post, I’m gonna show you the orange trees, which are located right behind our shed.

On October 20, 2016, I took two pictures of our orange trees … and here’s another one of those pictures. The orange trees are located behind our shed.

I hope you guys like these orange trees as much as we do.  Fall is definitely in the air, even though, at times, it may not feel like it; however, it does look like it!

Our orange trees (Part 1)

This morning, I took two pictures of our orange trees … and I’m gonna talk about those trees in this two-part blog post.

In the first part of this blog post, I’m gonna show you the orange tree, which is located right behind our tree house.

Tomorrow, in the second part of this blog post, I will show you the orange trees, which are located behind our shed.

Seeing the leaves near the railroad bridge

One week ago, I was standing on our railroad bridge … and I was able to see a lot of leaves on the trees that were not too far away from the bridge.  Many of them were changing colors whenever I took the pictures last week … and, by the time you read this blog post, the leaves will mostly be either yellow, orange or red.

I will show you the pictures that I took while I was standing on our railroad bridge last week.

On October 3, 2016, I saw these leaves while I was standing on our railroad bridge. Most of these leaves were green, but a few of these leaves were becoming either yellow or orange.

On October 3, 2016, I saw these leaves on these trees while I was standing on our railroad bridge. Some of the leaves were changing colors … and some of them were either yellow, orange or red. Of course, most of these leaves were still green whenever I took this picture.

The leaves are starting to change colors!

This past Thursday, I was looking at some leaves … and the leaves are in some trees, which are located in our backyard.  Some of them are beginning to change colors, slowly, but surely.

The leaves, which are mainly in the middle of this picture, are starting to turn either yellow or orange. This picture was taken on October 6, 2016.

The leaves in this picture are turning either red or purple here. I took this picture back on October 6, 2016.

The leaves, which are at the top of one of these trees, is starting to turn orange. I took this photo on October 6, 2016.

As you can see here, some of these leaves here are beginning to change colors, slowly, but surely.  Most of the leaves should be changing colors in just a few short day here.

It really does feel like Fall!

img_20160925_111738
On September 25, 2016, I was able to see some leaves on our trees! Some of them are changing colors … and some of them are beginning to fall onto the ground.

It’s finally beginning to look like Fall … and, yes, it is also finally starting to feel like Fall.  Last week, whenever Fall started, it still felt like Summer, but of course, over the next several days or so, it slowly started to look and feel like Fall.

Yesterday morning, I took a picture of our trees, which are in our background … and some of the leaves are beginning to change colors a little bit.  Most of the leaves are still green, but some of the leaves, which are located near the top part of the trees, are becoming either yellow or orange.  Also … some leaves are beginning to fall down onto the ground.  Either way, Fall is now here!
